What is a rep spreadsheet, and how do you use one?

A rep spreadsheet is a shared list of replica items that someone has already found, checked and linked. Instead of digging through thousands of Weidian, Taobao and 1688 listings yourself, you scroll a list where every row is one item: a photo, a name, the brand it copies, and a link that opens it on a shopping agent.

The first spreadsheets were literal Google Sheets passed around Reddit and Discord. They still exist, but most are now websites, because a website can show photos, search and filter, and stay up to date without someone editing cells by hand.

What the columns mean

• Item and brand. What it is and which brand it's a rep of. Brand names describe the item; the seller isn't that brand.
• Category. Shoes, hoodies, jackets and so on, so you can jump straight to what you want.
• Photo. One clean photo of the product, so you can compare finds at a glance. The seller's own pictures are on the listing itself.
• Buy link. On this sheet every link opens the item on NinjaBuy, already converted, so there's nothing to copy and paste.

How to pick a good find

1. Start with a category or a brand you already like, not with the whole list.
2. Open the listing and read it: the colours, sizes and what's included. Seller photos are often retail photos, so trust the details more than the pictures.
3. When it reaches the warehouse, compare the logo, the stitching and the shape in your QC photos with a retail photo. Our QC guide shows what to look for.
4. Check the seller's size chart against a piece of clothing you own. Chinese sizing often runs one size small.
5. Add a few items at once. Shipping is paid by weight per parcel, so one parcel with five items costs less than five parcels.

Keeping it fresh
